“This is such a highly-coveted event that we know there’s a long line of cities clamoring to host, and that’s just the reality of an event of this magnitude. But needless to say, we would be thrilled to have WrestleMania back, and at the right time we will engage in those conversations with the WWE,” said Larry Needle, executive director of the organization's PHL Sports division, in an interview with Sports Business Journal.

WrestleMania XL broke multiple records, including attendance, ticket sales, merchandise sales, social media and television viewership.

Both nights of WrestleMania XL took place at Lincoln Financial Field. Raw and SmackDown took place at the Wells Fargo Center and WWE World was set up at Pennsylvania Convention Center.

Locations for future WrestleMania events have yet to be announced.
