Hammerstone has been pulled from TNA Under Siege, resulting in multiple card changes.

Hammerstone was originally scheduled to wrestle Jake Something at the event. However, it was announced during the Countdown show that Hammerstone is not medically cleared and therefore, Something is now wrestling Rich Swann at the event.

Swann was originally going to wrestle Laredo Kid but with the card changes, Kid ended up retaining his TNA Digital Media Championship over KC Navarro during the Countdown show.

Hammerstone was featured as wrestling on the May 2 episode of TNA iMPACT! On that episode, he defeated Cody Deaner before getting into a brawl with Jake Something.

The exact details regarding Hammerstone's condition are unclear. We will report more as more is known.
