Tony Khan announced that Jon Moxley will face Konosuke Takeshita in an IWGP World Heavyweight Title eliminator at AEW Double or Nothing.

Moxley is the reigning IWGP World Heavyweight Champion. If Takeshita wins, he will receive a match against Moxley with the title on the line.

Takeshita confronted Moxley after Moxley successfully defend the title against Powerhouse Hobbs on the April 24 episode of AEW Dynamite. On Wednesday's AEW Dynamite, Takeshita attacked Moxley.
