Earlier this month, it was revealed that Asuka would be joining the WWE main roster as a member of the Raw brand. On Sunday night, WWE confirmed her debut date.
Asuka will make her televised WWE main roster debut on October 22 at WWE TLC. No opponent, stipulation or any other details have been released in regards to her matchup.
Despite her promotion to the main roster, it's far from her first main roster match. She's defeated both Natalya and Becky Lynch in singles matches during an overseas tour in 2016, and won five other 6-to-8-woman tags earlier this year while teaming up with Becky Lynch and Tamina Snuka.
Asuka held the NXT Women's Champion for a record 500+ days before she relinquished the title after sustaining a collarbone injury at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III. NXT's General Manager William Regal then announced she'd be moving up to the main roster.

Fightful will have full WWE TLC coverage and discussion, including a post-show podcast.
