Welcome everyone to the second night of the CruiserWeight Classic on the WWE Network. If you missed the first night, immediately click on the video above to see a playlist of the highlights of the four AMAZING matches. Kota Ibushi, Cedric Alexander and Gran Metalik all emerged as breakout stars, and HoHo Lun got over with the crowd as well.
I fully expect tonight's episode to be just as fantastic.
The Cruiserweight Classic is the best thing about the summer. Yes, even better than Otter Pops.
Though Otter Pops are a close second.

TONIGHT'S MATCHES FEATURE:
Kenneth Johnson vs Akira Tozawa
Kenneth Johnson seems like a nice guy.
But Kenneth Johnson is losing to Akira Tozawa.
Tozawa is a Final Four level talent and this match is going to be his coming out party.
Tajiri vs Damian Slater
Damian Slater appears to be a really confident competitor, and I'm intrigued to see what he can do. Maybe he can parlay this into a contract with NXT. But he's not going to beat Tajiri in the first round. This is a "Welcome Back Tajiri" festival. Expect to hear a lot of "Welcome Back" and "You Still Got It" chants. I might get a little misty, you guys.
TJ Perkins vs Da Mack
Da Mack is a black guy from Germany who thinks he's the Michael Jackson of wrestling.
That's cute and all, but TJ Perkins is one of the top guys in the tournament and they are certainly marketing him as such.
TJ Perkins not only has an amazing backstory. He's amazing in the ring, too.
There's no way he's losing this match.
Mustafa Ali vs Lince Dorado
Mustafa Ali has a ton of training from various disciplines and as a American Muslim, he's fighting with a chip on his shoulder, and I can respect that.
But Lince Dorado occasionally sports tights with "MEOW" written across the butt, and I think that gives him the edge.
Also, he's dope in the ring, used to tag with Rich Swann, and he's not losing tonight.
Now, you might have noticed that I think the outcome of these matches is a foregone conclusion, and no, it's not because I read the spoilers. I've already made my picks a week ago ...

... and just because the endings aren't in doubt, doesn't mean the matches won't be entertaining as hell.
