When a second version of La Luchadora showed up to cost Becky Lynch her shot at the Smackdown Women's Title last Tuesday, speculation was running rampant among the denizens of the interwebs. It was generally agreed upon that Deonna Purrazzo was the woman who donned the blue spandex suit and the pink mask and cape.
PWInsider is reporting that the speculation is correct, and Purrazzo did indeed play La Luchadora last week on Smackdown. In what surely cannot be considered a coincidence, Purrazzo is also backstage at tonight's Smackdown in Jacksonville, Florida.
There has been no confirmation that Purrazzo, who is part of the Fightful Pro Series, will be involved this week on Smackdown, or if she will be used when the character is unmasked. It is believed she is not under contract to WWE at this time.
