Chelsea Green, perhaps better known now as Laurel Van Ness has seen a rapid career ascension over the past two and a half years, but some independent promoters aren't treating her accordingly.
Green took to Twitter on Wednesday to criticize a promoter for offering her $50 to work a show. Green theorized that the offer was made because she was a female and noted that she wasn't even asked what her booking fee was before the lowball offer was made.
A former student of Lance Storm's, Green appeared on the most recent season of WWE Tough Enough in 2015. Late that year she signed with then-TNA wrestling ahead of a 2016 debut where she's worked in a variety of on-screen roles.
