Goodness, Gracious, Great Balls of Fire.
WWE's July Raw PPV may have a silly name, but it has an awesome main event.
Tonight, at Extreme Rules in Baltimore, Samoa Joe won the Fatal 5 Way to become #1 contender to Brock Lesnar's Universal Champion, and the Samoan Submission Machine will try to best The Beast on July 9 in Dallas at WWE Great Balls of Fire.
Joe won the right to face Lesnar when he pulled Finn Balor off a pinfall attempt on Roman Reigns and choked him out in a Coquina Clutch. Balor had just hit a Coup de Grace on Reigns.
Later, on Raw Talk, Joe said he's looking forward to facing Brock Lesnar.
It will be Lesnar's first Universal Title defense since winning the belt back at Wrestlemania on April 2 in a match against Goldberg.
