UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones was taking part in an autograph this past Saturday at an iPlay America in Freehold, New Jersey.
Things didn’t go smoothly for the champion, who was confronted by light heavyweight contender Corey Anderson, which was captured on video:

Here is a transcript of what was said during the altercation (via Simon Samano of MMA Junkie):
“I’m just trying to have a conversation, that’s all,” Anderson tells Jones.
“That’s good,” Jones says. “One thing I want to let you know, bro: If you wanna fight, we’re gonna fight. But coming over here and saying anything stupid to me is not a good idea.”
“Ain’t nobody saying nothing,” Anderson replies.
There was no physicality between the champion and the potential future challenger, but Anderson did comment on the matter via Twitter:
I just came to say "Hi"... @JonnyBones comes to my town I want to give him a nice warm welcome. But noooo, he got emotional that I know his manager. I'm the victim! And then he insulted my coach @DanteRiveraMMA ....-- #ufc #fightme https://t.co/r7qFYmCeiq

Jones did previously state that he’d like to defend the title once more by the end of the year and after the confrontation with Anderson, a potential challenger may have been found.
