Dana White Calls Jon Jones The Biggest Waste Of Talent Ever

UFC President Dana White and former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones haven’t had the best relationship over the years.

However, the UFC President has now declared the former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion to be the biggest waste of talent ever.

Conor McGregor Claims He's In Preliminary Agreements With The Ambani Family To Face Logan Paul In A Boxing Match

“[It would be the biggest waste of talent] ever. Ever, in all of sports. The guy is so talented and gifted, God knows what he’d be doing right now if he had never got in trouble. He could possibly be the heavyweight champion and have the defense record that couldn’t be broken. The list goes on and on of what could’ve been with Jon Jones,” White said on The TSN MMA Show.

Jones has admitted in the build up to his return at UFC 214 that he and White haven’t spoken since his first failed drug tests prior to UFC 200.

White would even go as far as to say that when it comes to Jones, the mental and emotional investment isn’t there for him anymore.

“Whatever happens [with his suspension], happens. Believe me, I’m not mentally or emotionally invested in that anymore,” says White.

The former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion is still waiting to hear what his punishment is going to be by USADA for the second failed drug test.
