Dustin Poirier hasn’t been seen in action since UFC On Fox 30, where he defeated former UFC Lightweight Champion Eddie Alvarez by second round TKO.
Poirier, who is sitting at #3 in the UFC Lightweight Division rankings, would take to Twitter to first demand a shot at the UFC Lightweight Title before taking fellow lightweight fighters to task:
Put Gold on the line or open up the check book otherwise don't even call my phone. @ufc

Listen its gotta be me and @TonyFergusonXT ......if he waits for Khabib then it has to be me and @TheNotoriousMMA or @BlessedMMA if he comes to 155lbs

@ALIAQUINTA has a better chance at selling me a house than fighting me at ufc 236

Of all the lightweights and featherweights that were called out by Poirier, only Al Iaquinta responded, saying the following via Twitter:
@DustinPoirier do you need 3 bedrooms or nah?

There have been no other responses from the other fighters who were called out by Poirier, but only three of the five (Iaquinta, Tony Ferguson and Max Holloway) are able to compete at this time.
