Riding the first losing streak of her career after a long layoff, Paige VanZant faces yet another one due to an arm injury.

In her flyweight debut back in January, the now 24-year old walked away with a broken arm. Unfortunately for her, the injury never healed, and she's now forced to go back under the knife for a second surgery. The same week that her fiancee fights for his shot in the UFC, Paige VanZant told Fightful that she'll have her latest operation.

"I go in for surgery two days after Contender series. They have to take a bone graft from my hip and fill a crack in my arm because it never healed. The arm is still broken. They're going to fill the crack, put in a brand new plate and a bunch more screws. I'm still hoping to get in the cage this year in Vegas. It's all pending on my arm.I thought I would be fighting a month or two ago with the first surgery, I thought my arm would heal and it just wouldn't. Hoping this one will actually work this time and I'll get a fight set," VanZant said.

Many fans noticed a chance in Paige VanZant's.....physique in recent months, leading to many to speculate that she had breast implants added. When speaking to Fightful, Paige spoke of the thought process going into the procedure and the reaction on social media.

"I did it pretty strategically. I'm healing from an arm surgery, so I was down and out. It was the perfect timing. I don't really pay attention at all. My social media, I'm really good at promoting myself on it and pushing the things I want pushed. Other than that I don't really pay attention to any negativity that goes on my page. With any sort of positive attention, there's going to be negative attention," said VanZant.

In addition to VanZant herself, her fiancee Austin Vanderford will compete on Dana White's Tuesday Night Contender Series on July 17.

"This fight is the perfect matchup for him. The chance to fight in front of Dana is huge. I wouldn't be promoting this so much if I wasn't confident in his skill," Paige said.

In the full interview, Paige VanZant (7-4) gives an update on her broken arm and when we could expect her to return to the cage.
