Undefeated three-division world champion, Gervonta "Tank" Davis, isn't impressed with undefeated rising star, Ryan Garcia's skillset.
Davis spoke with the media on Thursday in Las Vegas, Nevada at the pre-fight press conference ahead of his bout with Garcia tomorrow night and dismissed the notion that his rival had made any significant improvements as a fighter, under trainer Joe Goossen.
“He don’t have the fundamentals at all," Davis said (h/t Bad Left Hook). "If Joe Goossen was such a great trainer, fix his fundamentals. This guy don’t have no fundamentals at all, he’s relying on a weak ass hook. That’s all. That’s all he’s relying on. No defense, no footwork, no head movement, he don’t have nothin’. Get him out of here. He’s gonna get his ass whooped.”
