Kayla Harrison Proclaims Herself To Be The Baddest Woman On The Planet

Two time Olympic gold medalist Kayla Harrison is back in action this Monday Night at PFL 11, facing Moriel Charneski in a women’s lightweight division attraction.

UFC Women’s Featherweight Champion Cyborg and UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes battle this weekend at UFC 232, but no matter who wins that super fight, it is Harrison who proclaims herself to be the baddest woman on the planet.

“There’s arguably two of the best female fighters in the world are fighting this week and then two more are fighting on Monday and I think time will tell, but the baddest woman on the planet is sitting right here,” Harrison said at a PFL 11 press conference.

Harrison has already picked up two wins as a professional MMA fighter, having defeated Brittney Elkin and Jozette Cotton.

The PFL stars plans on keeping her self proclaimed status by continuing to beat the best fighters in the world.

“I’m young, but I’m hungry,” Harrison said. “There is no pressure quite like Olympic pressure, there’s no pressure quite like the pressure that I put on myself. I want to be the best in the world. I want to beat everyone there is to beat. And the PFL has given me that opportunity, they believed in me from day one.”

Professional Fighters League 11 takes place on Monday, December 31 from the Hulu Theater At Madison Square Garden in New York, New York with no main event announced at this time.
