“I am (open to fighting CM Punk). I think I would destroy CM Punk if I’m being honest. I don’t know if anyone would disagree with that. He lost all (his UFC fights). I know I can take him,” Paul said after the second fight with KSI (via Lewis Mckeever of Bloody Elbow).

Punk went 0-2-0 during his brief stint with the UFC, dropping bouts to Mickey Gall and Mike Jackson.

Despite a prime opportunity to score his first professional MMA victory, it doesn’t seem like Punk is interested in fighting Paul.

“No,” Punk told TMZ Sports (via Adam Martin of BJPenn.com). “My definition of big money and everybody else’s definition of big money is completely different.”

If Paul does decide to transition to MMA, former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Tito Ortiz has offered to help train the celebrity.
