Former UFC Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold headlines UFC Fight Night Pittsburgh when he faces former World Series Of Fighting dual title holder David Branch.

As far as the upcoming UFC 217 main event between UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping and Georges St. Pierre goes, the former champion says one fighter is a joke.

“I think Georges St-Pierre is a joke,” Rockhold said to MMA Junkie Radio. “I still don’t have faith that Georges makes it to the fight, so we’ll see what happens.”

Georges St. Pierre is a former UFC Welterweight Champion and he is returning to action for the first time since defeating Johny Hendricks at UFC 167.

Rockhold himself hasn’t competed since losing the title to Bisping at UFC 199 and the fighter promises that he is returning to action with a vengeance.

“I’m (expletive) tired of waiting,” Rockhold said. “I’m not (expletive) around. I’m tired of this (expletive). I’m tired of talking about it. I’m coming with a vengeance.”

UFC Fight Night Pittsburgh takes place on Saturday, September 16 from the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Luke Rockhold and David Branch headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
