Former UFC middleweight title challengers, Marvin Vettori and Jared Cannonier are set to headline a UFC Fight Night event on June 17 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
UFC President Dana White officially confirmed the booking via a live video stream on Thursday. Vettori is 2-2 in his last four Octagon outings and is coming off a unanimous decision win over, Roman Dolidze, at UFC 286 back in March. Cannonier on the other hand is 3-2 in his last five bouts and will look to build on a split-decision victory over, Sean Strickland, at UFC Vegas 66 last December.
