Pair Of Bouts Added To Bellator 185

Two more bouts have been added to the upcoming Bellator 185 card as Ryan Quinn faces Marcus Surin and Steve Skrzat faces Costello Van Steenis.

Quinn (13-7-1) has won five of six fights under the Bellator MMA banner, last defeating Watlon Lowe at Bellator 140. Quinn is also looking to rebound from his first loss in Bellator MMA, which came to Saad Awad at Bellator 178.

Surin (4-0-0) is going to be making his Bellator MMA debut in this fight and his undefeated streak has lasted almost three years. Surin also competed once in the World Series Of Fighting, defeating Christian Torres at the WSOF 31.

Skrzat (8-9-0) is currently undefeated in Bellator MMA competition, having dropped a fight to Tim Caron at Bellator 163. Skrzat is fighting for the first time in almost a year, as Bellator 163 took place in November of 2016.

Van Steenis (8-1-0) enters the fight on the strength of a two bout winning streak and he hasn’t suffered a defeat in almost two years. Van Steenis also competed in the Phoenix Fight Night promotion, winning three of four fights in the company.

Bellator 185 takes place on Friday, October 20 from the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with Gegard Mousasi and Alexander Shlemenko headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Spike TV.
