A light heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night St. Petersburg according to Farah Hannoun as Abdul-Kerim Edilov is going to be in action against Devin Clark.
Edilov (17-4-0) is currently undefeated under the UFC banner, defeating Bojan Mihajlovic by second round TKO at UFC Fight Night Rotterdam. Edilov will enter the contest on the strength of an eleven fight winning streak and the fighter hasn’t suffered a defeat in almost six years. Edilov has competed twenty one times as a professional MMA fighter and has only seen two of those bouts go to the judges scorecards.
Clark (9-3-0) has won three of six fights in the UFC, with those wins coming over the trio of Josh Stansbury, Jake Collier and Mike Rodriguez. Clark is actually winless when competing on Fight Night cards, dropping bouts at UFC Fight Night Gdansk and UFC Fight Night 91. Clark has seen five of his professional MMA fights go the distance and the fighter picked up wins in each of those contests.
UFC Fight Night St. Petersburg takes place on Saturday, April 20 from the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg, Russian with Alexander Volkov and Alistair Overeem headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
