A women’s bantamweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Rochester according to MMA Junkie as #7 Aspen Ladd is again going to be fighting #2 (FlyW) Sijara Eubanks.
Ladd (7-0-0) has already picked up two wins under the UFC banner, having defeated the duo of Tonya Evinger and Lina Lansberg. Ladd won the first meeting between herself and Eubanks, with that first win coming by unanimous decision at Invicta FC 21. Ladd is still undefeated as a professional MMA fighter and that streak has already lasted over four years.
Eubanks (4-2-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition as well, having defeated the duo of Lauren Murphy and Roxanne Modafferi. Eubanks did make it to the finals of the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26, but couldn’t compete in that final fight due to issues with weight cutting. Eubanks is going to be making her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Division debut in this bout, but has previously fought at 135 pounds in other promotions.
UFC Fight Night Rochester takes place on Saturday, May 18 from the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester, New York with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
