A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC 248 as #15 Neil Magny is in action against Li Jingliang.
Raphael Marinho of Combate first reported the fight, but its placement on the card isn’t known at this time.
Magny (21-7-0) has won two of his last three under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Craig White and Carlos Condit. Magny is back in action for the first time in over a year, as his last bout came at UFC Fight Night Buenos Aires in November of 2018. Magny has picked up twenty one wins as a professional MMA fighter and more than half of them came by way of decision.
Jingliang (17-5-0) enters the contest while riding a three fight winning streak, defeating the trio of Daichi Abe, David Zawada and Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos. Jingliang hasn’t suffered a defeat in almost two years, with that last loss coming to Jake Matthews at UFC 221. Jingliang has suffered five losses as a professional MMA fighter and four of them came by way of decision.
