A bantamweight division attraction has been added to the January 30 UFC card as #6 Pedro Munhoz faces #8 Jimmie Rivera.
MMA Junkie first reported the bout.
Munhoz (18-5-0-1NC) enters the contest riding a two fight losing streak, dropping bouts to Frankie Edgar and Aljamain Sterling. Munhoz has suffered five losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came by way of decision.
Rivera (23-4-0) won the first meeting between himself and Munhoz, with that win coming by split decision at UFC Fight Night 77 in November od 2015. Rivera has won five of eight since that first meeting, with notable wins coming over Urijah Faber, Thomas Almeida and John Dodson.
