Robert Whittaker (No. 1) vs. Kelvin Gastelum (No. 8)

Round One: The main event of the evening is underway. Gastelum opens the action with a heavy kick to the lead leg of Whittaker that lands. Gastelum continues the leg kick attack and lands a pair but Whittaker lands a lead left hook to counter. Gastelum lands a wild left hand but Whittaker lands a head kick that stuns Gastelum but he looks like he's recovered for the time being. Whittaker latches onto Gastelum and takes him to the mat and quickly teases a head and arm choke but Gastelum is able to avoid danger. Whittaker lands a slicing elbow across the forehead of Gastelum and looks to transition. Gastelum scrambles back to his feet but the buzzer sounds to send the pair to the second round.

Round Two: The second round is underway and Whittaker lands a pair of lighting quick jabs but Gastelum partially lands a left hook. Whittaker perfectly times a takedown but Gastelum gets right back up. Gastelum lands a kick to the lead leg of Whittaker, teases a takedown but eats a right hook from Whittaker for his troubles. Gastelum drills Whittaker with a left hook that leaves a welt on the former champion but Whittaker lands another head kick and follows it up with a left hook that finds its mark. Gastelum latches onto Whittaker and gets him against the fence but Whittaker powers out and lands a kick to the body of Gastelum and the buzzer sounds and this one is headed to the third round.

Round Three: The third round is underway and Gastelum lands an overhand left but then kicks Whittaker below the belt, referee Herb Dean checks on Whittaker, who gives the OK and the fight resumes. Whittaker lands another head kick but Gastelum partially lands another overhand left that catches the attention of Whittaker who lands a left hook in response. Whittaker lands a straight right that stuns Gastelum and follows it up with yet another left that finds a home. Gastelum lands a straight left but eats a heavy counter right hook from Whittaker and the buzzer sounds that'll send this one to the main event rounds.

Round Four: The fourth round opens up with Gastelum teasing a takedown but backs off eats a knee to the body from Whittaker, who just misses a follow-up superman punch. Whittaker lands an uppercut and follows it up with a jab that also finds a home. Whittaker just misses a stand-in elbow and Gastelum uses the opening to land a perfectly timed takedown but Whittaker swiftly gets back to his feet and partially lands yet another head kick as the buzzer sounds which will send this one to the fifth and final round.

Round Five: The fifth and final round is underway and Whittaker lands a pair of jabs to open the final frame. Whittaker goes for a level change but the attempt is stuffed by Gastelum. Whittaker blocks a pair of jabs from Gastelum but eats a right hook. Gastelum lands a straight left that garners the attention of Whittaker, who counters with a front kick that lands flush Gastelum's chin. Gastelum narrowly misses a left hook and Whittaker perfectly times a takedown but Gastelum is able to scramble back to his feet before being dragged right back to the mat by Whittaker, who rides out the final 30-seconds with back control and the buzzer sounds which will send this one to the judge's scorecards.

Result - Robert Whittaker (No. 1) def. Kelvin Gastelum (No. 8) via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 50-45)

Andrei Arlovski vs. Chase Sherman

Round One: The co-main event of the evening is underway and Sherman opens the action with a straight left that finds a home. Arlovski lands a right hook to the body of Sherman and follows it up with a straight left that partially lands. Arlovski lands a pair of left jabs and follows it up with a another pair of jabs. Sherman lands a left hook and also finds a home for a straight right. Sherman drills Arlovski with a right hook and pours on the attack landing shots to the body and a pair of hooks to the head but Arlovski is able to weather the storm and circles back to the center of the octagon as the buzzer sounds to send this one to the second round.

Round Two: .Round number two is underway and Arlovski lands yet another left jab but eats an uppercut from Sherman in response. Arlovski continues to find a home for that jab and lands yet another pair and follows it up with a stabbing front kick to the body of Sherman, who drills Arlovski with a stand-in elbow. Arlovski latches onto Sherman and gets him clinched up against the fence. Sherman is able to slip out of the hold and circles back to the center of the octagon. Arlovski landa a straight right as Sherman puts his mouthpiece back in and the buzzer sounds that'll send this one to the third and final round.

Round Three: The third and final round gets underway with Arlovski going back to the well and lands another left jab but Sherman kicks Arlovski below the belt and referee Keith Peterson steps-in and temporarily pauses the fight to allow Arlovski to recover. Arlovski gives the OK and the right resumes. Sherman lands a straight left and follows it up with a heavy lead leg kick that lands on Arlovski. Sherman lands a left hook and Arlovski counters with a straight right that lands. Sherman partially lands a left hook and Arlovski again successfully counters with a straight right. Arlovski circles around the cage as Sherman shouts at him to meet him in the center of the octagon but Arlovski doesn't oblige and this one is headed to the judge's scorecards.

Result - Andrei Arlovski def. Chase Sherman via unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Abdul Razak Alhassan vs. Jacob Malkoun

Round One: The people's main event is underway and Malkoun goes right for a double leg and successfully gets Alhassan to the mat and tries to lock-in a guillotine but Alhassan is able to power out and get back to his feet. Alhassan whiffs on a massive overhand right and Malkoun uses it to take his legs and press him against the fence, where he trips Alhassan to the mat. Alhassan scrambles back to his feet but is immediately dragged back down to the mat by Malkoun, who quickly takes the back. Alhassan continues to try and roll out of danger but Malkoun has an answer for seemingly everything at the moment. Malkoun rides out the rest of the round in top control as the buzzer sounds and this one is headed to round number two.

Round Two: The second round opens and Malkoun picks right up where he left off in the opening frame and immediately gets Alhassan to the mat. Alhassan scrambles right back to his feet but Malkoun slams him back down and gets top control. Malkoun teases a head and arm choke but uses it to transition to side control. Malkoun varies up the attack switching between slicing elbows, knees to the body and quick submission attempts. Alhassan rolls to his stomach and nearly gets caught in an head and arm choke but is able to momentarily roll out of danger. Alhassan finally gets back to his feet but Malkoun stays latched on and presses him against the fence but lets off and circles back to the center of the octagon. Malkoun drills Alhassan with a right hook, a left jab and another right hook before going in for a level change but the buzzer sounds to send this one to the third and final round.

Round Three: The third and final round is underway and Malkoun yet again clinches Alhassan and gets the fight to the mat. Alhassan is able to scramble back to his feet but Malkoun latches right back onto him and gets him against the fence but Alhassan is able to stymie any takedown attempt. Malkoun lands a left hook and goes right for a level change and gets the fight right back to the mat. Alhassan gets back to his feet and looks for a hail mary knockout but can't connect, the buzzer sounds and this one is going to the judge's scorecards.

Result - Jacob Malkoun def. Abdul Razak Alhassan via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Tracy Cortez vs. Justine Kish

Round One: The women's flyweight division takes center stage and this one is underway. Kish pushes the pace early but Cortez immediately latches on with a clinch, gets Kish against the fence and quickly gets her to the mat with a trip. Kish lands an elbow from the bottom but Cortez lands a pair of massive hammer fists and tries to transition to side control but is stymied by Kish at least for the moment. Cortez relentlessly tries to transition and finally gets side control and ends up rolling onto Kish's back and immediately looks to lock in double underhooks. Cortez continues to work for the choke but the buzzer sounds which will send this one to round number two.

Round Two: The second round is underway and Cortez lands a straight right but eats a front kick to the body from Kish. Cortez can't find a home for a left hook and Kish capatilizes with a right hook that lands flush but Cortez latches on and drags Kish to the mat and immediately gets control of her back. Kish powers to her feet and lands a right hook and stuffs a takedown attempt from Cortez. Kish lands a straight right that stuns Cortez, catches a front kick attempt from Cortez and lands another straight right. Cortez drills Kish with a straight right after checking a lead leg kick offering and the buzzer sounds that'll send this one to a third and final round.

Round Three: The third and final round is underway and Kish opens the action with a straight right that finds it's mark. Cortez latches onto Kish and drags her to the mat with over three minutes to work. Kish tries to scramble back to her feet but ends up giving up her back to Cortez, who lands a few shots of ground and pound. Cortez sitches on a choke but Kish powers to her feet, escapes danger and circles back to the center of the octagon. Cortez attempts a kick to the body but Kish steps-in and sends her to the canvas with a straight right but Cortez is able to get back to her feet before taking anymore damage. Kish lands a straight left, as does Cortez and the buzzer sounds to send this one to the judge's scorecards.

Luis Pena vs. Alexander Munoz

Round One: The main card opener is officially underway. Munoz comes out of the gate firing with an overhand left that just misses and Pena fires back with a right hook that misses the mark. Munoz goes in with a level change and presses Pena against the fence and momentarily trips him up before being forced back to the feet. Pena is able to sneak out of the clinch and circle back to the center of the octagon. Munoz lands a kick to Pena's lead leg but eats a left hook for his troubles. Pena lands a knee and Munoz immediately latches onto him and pushes him against the fence. Pena's able to power out of the hold but Munoz goes right back for the clinch but Pena makes him pay with a left hook but Munoz lands one of his own and follows it up with an overhand right that stings Pena, who sees a front kick blocked as the buzzer sounds to send this one to round number two.

Round Two: The second round is underway and Pena sees yet another front kick attempt get blocked. Munoz drills Pena with a left hook that wobbles him. Munoz goes in for a takedown but is stuffed by Pena and Pena goes for a takedown of his own and lands it but Munoz gets right back to his feet. Pena just missed a stand-in elbow then eats a heavy lead leg kick from Munoz. Pena missed yet another head kick and Munoz lands a left hook as the buzzer sounds to send this one to a third and final round.

Round Three: The third and final round is underway. Pena comes out with a flying knee that partially lands and catches the attention of Munoz. Pena eats a 1-2 from Munoz, who follows it up with a left hook that also lands. Munoz continues the offensive barrage and catches Pena's leg after another knee attempt but lets gio and eats an overhand right from Pena as the clock ticks under one minute remaining in this one. Munoz connects with a left jab and right hook to follow and just avoids a side kick from Pena as the buzzer sounds and this one is heading to the judge's scorecards.
