It does not appear that Conor McGregor has a future in the sport of baseball.
McGregor became the latest UFC athlete to throw out the first pitch at an MLB game. Attending a Chicago Cubs game at Wrigley Field, the "Notorious" one attempted to throw a perfect strike. Instead, the ball went way right, hitting the net close to where a fan was standing.
He was just a bit outside.

McGregor is currently on a two-fight losing streak. He faced Dustin Poirier in a trilogy bout back in July. Looking to avenge a TKO loss to Poirier back in January, the doctor stopped the fight after it was later revealed that McGregor broke his tibia. He underwent surgery and has been rehabbing since.
Earlier this year, Derrick Lewis threw out the first pitch during an Astros game. Not every pitch has been clean for fighters. Justin Gaethje decided to give his take on McGregor's pitch.
I cannot stop laughing at this. Every MMA fighter that has represented us doing this has looked terrible but this takes the cake. https://t.co/n6Ck9AQ7wG

McGregor also sang "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" while hanging out with the players.
