Tyron Woodley has a broken rib.
Woodley (19-6-1) lost to Colby Covington (16-2) via TKO in round five after suffering a rib injury during their headlining fight at UFC Vegas 11. Woodley shared an X-ray scan with ESPN's Ariel Helwani which the reporter tweeted publicly.

He said it popped earlier in the fight and then tried to use the gulliotine to stand up and it popped. “It was the most pain ever,” he said.

Following the fight, Woodley shared a video of himself being stretchered to the hospital. The former UFC welterweight champion was in visible pain as he updated his fans in the now-deleted Instagram Story.
“It didn’t go the way I wanted guys. Last person I wanted to lose to," Woodley said, per MMA Fighting. “I don’t know what the f**k happened. It happened. Gotta dust it off, shake the sh*t off and find a way.”
