Jake Paul has been accused of sexually assaulting social media star Justine Paradise at his home in Los Angeles in 2019.
Paradise says Paul invited her to his room during a gathering at his home. The two allegedly began kissing; however, Paradise claims to have physically rejected Paul's advances when he attempted to move beyond kissing. Paul allegedly grabbed her by her face and forced her to perform oral sex on him. The Tik Tok star also claims that the YouTuber touched her inappropriately without consent.
Paradise said that she is only making the claims now due to a non-disclosure agreement signed by any guest who enters Paul's home. Paradise released a video titled Triggered: Jake Paul Sexually Assaulted Me, on her YouTube that has now amassed over 500,000 views.
In her video, Paradise said: "Sex is very special and very important to me. Normally, everybody respects me when I don't want to do sexual things, so I thought that it was fine if I went in his room. I thought it would be fine to kiss him, because I thought he would stop if I didn't want to do anything else."
However, Paul allegedly then forced her to perform oral sex while physically on top of her.
"He didn't ask for consent or anything," Paradise said (h/t BBC). "That's not okay. On no level at all is that okay."
She added Paul then acted off and cold towards her after the alleged incident and has yet to apologize. Paradise says she is speaking out now in an attempt to ensure Paul "realizes what he did and doesn't do it again."
