Oliveira (30-8) vs. Chandler (22-5) was first reported on Thursday night. The news comes after UFC President Dana White conceded to Khabib Nurmagomedov's retirement and vacated the lightweight title. Number one-ranked lightweight Dustin Poirier is noticeably absent from the UFC lightweight picture as he plans for a trilogy fight with Conor McGregor.
