Don't be surprised if Nick Diaz is ineligible to fight once again, pretty soon.
The former Strikeforce Champion posted a video on his Snapchat that shows him arguing with a USADA agent who showed up to administer an out-of-competition test. Diaz, not interested, tells the agent to buzz off.
"You're going to have to wait 5 or 6 hours, I just got here I want to go to sleep, I've been here all night," Diaz said.
The female agent tells Diaz repeatedly that the situation presented isn't an option. Under the rules of the United States Anti-Doping Association's testing, fighters are eligible to be tested anytime, anywhere, and have to provide their whereabout. Diaz has only been tested once, according to USADA'S Athlete Test History.
Diaz claims that later he told the agent the room number he was in so the test could be administered. Diaz just got off of suspension after 18-months following a failed marijuana test in January 2015 following his UFC 183 loss to Anderson Silva.
