Sasha Banks And Bayley Talk About The Match That Made Seth Rollins Cry

Sasha Banks and Bayley did not expect their legendary Brooklyn match to turn out to be so special.

Next week, Sasha Banks and Bayley will be wrestling in a number one contender's match. The winner will face Raw Women's Champion Alexa Bliss at WWE Summerslam. In an interview at Comic-Con with IGN, Bayley and Banks discussed facing each other. After making comments about enjoying beating each other, they talked about their first match against each other.

At NXT Takeover: Brooklyn, almost two years ago, Bayley defeated Banks for the NXT Women's Championship. Both women spoke about when they knew that match, in particular, was special.

"That was the first match I was comfortable' said Banks. "I was like 'wow, there's something just amazing going on right now.' I remember being in that match and laying still after taking something and being like 'this is so cool', hearing the fans reaction just like 'wow, this is everything I dreamt of."

Bayley realized a little later than Banks the match was special, when the Four Horsewomen, including Charlotte and Becky Lynch, hugged it out in the ring. But she also mentioned how they affected a male member of the main roster.

"A lot of people ask that like 'when did you know that everybody was into it?' But I don't know, I was living it second by second. It wasn't until the end of the match, when it was all four of us in the ring, the crowd erupting, that's when I was like 'woah, this is special'. It wasn't even really meant to be. It just happened," said Bayley. "Seth Rollins cried. He'll probably be mad that I pointed that out, but he did,"  she later added.

The two former champions also discussed being in video games, their upcoming action figures, and their plans for Comic-Con. Bayley said being at Comic-Con shows her how far she and Banks have come.
