Ugh.

The Revival just can't seem to catch a break.

When NXT's 'Top Guys' first came up to the main roster, they were immediately thrust into an angle with The New Day, "injuring" Kofi Kingston and running the longest-reigning tag champs off RAW and onto SmackDown. Then we found out Dash Wilder had a broken jaw, and the team was shelved for several weeks.

Now, they're part of a hot new angle that sees them feuding with The Hardy Boyz, and it appears as though it's Scott Dawson that's injured this time.

According to a report by Pro Wrestling Sheet, Dawson recently suffered a bicep injury and it might be severe enough to require surgery.

You can see in the photo below that he worked a match on Saturday with his right arm heavily taped.

There was a planned SummerSlam match between The Revival and The Hardys, but now it looks like that's off the table.

It’s unclear when the Dawson suffered the injury, but what matters most is the severity. If it's a partial tear, it could heal in three to six weeks. Still throwing a wrench in The Revival's plans for "The Biggest Party Of The Summer," but maybe not a total catastrophe. However, if it's a full biceps rupture, and surgery is required, Dawson could be out for as long as six months.
