Round One: The round begins with Lee nailing Ferguson with a head kick, Lee then cracks Ferguson with a straight right. Ferguson starts attacking Lee with some leg kicks, Lee comes forward and swings away at Ferguson with little landing. Ferguson drops a charging Lee with a right after eating a head kick, Lee then catches a swinging Ferguson with a counter right hook. Lee scores a takedown on Ferguson and he gets the full guard, Ferguson goes for an omaplata and Lee escapes to get side control. Ferguson eventually forces lee back into the full guard position, Lee starts attacking Ferguson with ground and pound. Lee regains the side control position against Ferguson, Lee then transitions to the full mount position against Ferguson. Lee attacks Ferguson with ground and pound as the round ends.

Round Two: The round begins with Ferguson nailing Lee with an overhand right, Ferguson and Lee start exchanging some kicks. Ferguson and Lee also take turns popping the other with jabs, Ferguson nails Lee with a front kick to the midsection. Lee nails Ferguson with a few kicks to the midsection as well, Ferguson then nails an incoming Lee with a left uppercut. Lee again kicks a swinging Ferguson right in the midsection, Ferguson starts attacking Lee with some leg kicks. Lee continuously catches Ferguson with kicks to the midsection, Ferguson swings away at Lee as the round ends.

Round Three: The round begins with Lee scoring a takedown on Ferguson and he gets the full guard, Lee starts attacking Ferguson with some ground and pound. Ferguson is able to create space and get the fight standing again, Lee starts attacking Ferguson with a plethora of kicks. Ferguson comes forward and he swings away at Lee, Lee scores another takedown on Ferguson and he gets the full guard. Ferguson rolls for the arm bar and Lee escapes to maintain top position, Ferguson tries attacking Lee with strikes while on his back. Ferguson catches Lee in a triangle choke from out of nowhere and a tap out follows.
