2K Releases Daniel Bryan Showcase Mode Gameplay Trailer

We're less than a month away from the release of WWE 2K19 and fans still haven't seen much in terms of gameplay.

On Monday, 2K released a new gameplay trailer featuring Daniel Bryan and Showcase Mode.

As you can see, the gameplay is nothing more than game footage spliced with real life footage and doesn't give a true indication of what fans can expect when the game is released.

Keen observers also pointed out that the Sheamus used in the game to re-create WrestleMania 28 looks like Sheamus in 2018, not Sheamus in 2012. Furthermore, the arena is the WrestleMania 33 arena, not the WrestleMania 28 arena. Both events took place in Florida, but at different venues.

Aside from a multi-part roster reveal, the return of Showcase Mode, and a Million Dollar Tower Game; not much is known about the upcoming release. We're already seen wrestlers upset over their ratings and Lana went as far as calling out the company for the model they used of her.

WWE 2K19 releases early on Oct. 5 and everywhere on Oct. 9. You can pre-order to play as Rey Mysterio and Ronda Rousey.
