AAA Announce Three TripleMania Shows & Lucha Libre World Cup, Alberto Del Río Set to Make Return

AAA’s big events announced for 2023.

In a recent press conference, AAA announced multiple events set to take place throughout 2023. Firstly, AAA announced the return of the Lucha Libre World Cup, which would put teams representing multiple nations. So far only the Mexico team has been announced, with Alberto Del Río set to make his AAA return by teaming with AAA Mega Champion Hijo del Vikingo & Psycho Clown. The tournament is set to take place on 3/19/2023 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

Secondly, it was announced that AAA would host another set of three TripleMania events, spanning across three venues in Mexico & would feature the Tournament called "Guerra de Rivalidades" featuring feuding wrestlers set to face each other across the shows. Full list of feud combinations are listed below.

- Psycho Clown & Sam Adonis.

- Alberto "El Patron" Del Río & Pentagon Jr.

- DMT Azul & Blue Demon Jr.

- Pagano & RUSH.

The first TripleMania event is set to take place on 4/16/2023 on Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The second will take place in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico on 6/17/2023 while the final TripleMania Show is set for 8/12/2023 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
