Adnan Virk Says He Got Great Feedback From Vince McMahon After Second Show

Virk previously said he had not met Vince after getting hired as lead announcer on WWE Raw and after his first night on the job on April 12.

Speaking to Jimmy Traina on the SI Media Podcast, Virk revealed he met Vince during the April 19 episode of WWE Raw.

"I met him after the second show and he was great. He was really supportive and gave me great feedback. He's giving real-time feedback. I know what he's feeling. When you're there, as a lifelong fan, there's so much that goes through your mind when you see Vince McMahon. Obviously, you think of him and what he's done on the air, but off the air, it's one of the great American success stories ever. As I was talking to him, it's tough not to think of all these accomplishments," he said.

Virk also noted that he has watched the broadcast back to pick up on mistakes he made and what he can improve on.

Virk wasn't the only announcer change in WWE recently as Pat McAfee became the lead analyst on WWE SmackDown on April 16. You can find McAfee's full comments on his debut by clicking here.
