Night eight of the AEW Continental Classic is in the books.
The second hour of AEW Dynamite Holiday Bash kicked off with a bang, as Shelton Benjmain faced off with The Beast Mortos in a Blue League match in the Continental Classic. After a back and forth match, Benjamin scored a victory over Mortos, pinning him after three german suplexes and a spinning fall away slam.

The final tournament bout of the night featured Will Ospreay taking on Darby Allin in a Gold League bout. After a frantic match that featured a number of brutal and mind-blowing spots, Darby Allin scored a massive upset over Will Ospreay, picking up the pinfall victory after hitting 'The Aerial Assassin' with a scorpion drop and two coffin drops.
