The Dark Order officially got two new members as Alex Reynolds & John Silver were initiated into the group.
The main event of AEW Dynamite saw SCU (Frankie Kazarian & Scorpio Sky) defeat The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) to retain the AEW Tag Team Titles. After the bout, Dark Order leaders Stu Grayson & Evil Uno came out and proclaimed an initiation was about to happen. The Creepers attacked SCU and the Bucks, using the numbers to their advantage. Joining the Creepers were Alex Reynolds and John Silver, who were without masks.
Christopher Daniels, Kenny Omega, and Cody & Dustin Rhodes tried save their friends, but the numbers were too much. After The Elite and SCU were laid out, Uno officially welcomed Silver & Reynolds into the group, handing them their masks.
