Amira: I Refuse To Lose In My Hometown At OTT Aftermath 2

Amira speaks on her upcoming OTT Title match.

At OTT Aftermath on October 27th, Amira Blair will challenge the winner of Raven Creed vs Session Moth Martina in her hometown of Belfast, Northern Ireland. This will be Amira's first OTT championship bout, and it is one of the most important of her career so far.

Four-Way Match Added To AEW Full Gear: Zero Hour

In a new social media promo posted to X, Amira cut a promo where she explained why this title match means so much to her at OTT Aftermath.

"My name is Amira Blair. I'm 21 years old plus six and I have always wanted to be a professional wrestler. 20 minutes up the road, I grew up at St. Dominic's Grammar School where I used to dream about being a professional wrestler. 20 minutes down the other way, I worked in the back of Boots in Belfast for numerous years where I used to dream that my job would actually be a professional wrestler. A couple of years ago, I moved to the UK to pursue that dream of being a professional wrestler. Instead, I became one of the best managers in the world today. I have appeared in AEW, New Japan, CMLL, traveled to Costa Rica. I've traveled to Spain. I've traveled to Italy. I've traveled to France. All in this year alone, it has been incredible. I get to show everybody how much of a great manager I am at the National Stadium on the Saturday. But the truth is, I have always wanted to be a professional wrestler. To get to wrestle in my hometown and be a professional wrestler in front of my friends and my family, for the company that I loved and got me into professional wrestling, it's a dream come true. Whether it's Raven Creed or Session of Martina, I refuse... to lose in my hometown. I refuse to lose in front of my friends and family. I refuse to let people down. I refuse to let myself down and my dream down. My name is Amitra Blair. I'm 27 years old, and I've always wanted to be a professional wrestler."

While Amira will be wrestling at OTT Aftermath on Sunday, she will be in Michael Oku's corner for his Money Match with Aigle Blanc at OTT's Tenth Anniversary show on Saturday. You can read more about that here.
