Arn Anderson says when you gotta go, you gotta go.
Arn Anderson racked up countless unforgettable experiences throughout his legendary career, both in the ring and outside of it. By traveling on the road, he countered a number of challenging circumstances as well.
Speaking on his ARN Podcast (via The Four Horsemen Network), WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson was asked to share a funny story about Barry Windham. He recalled the time that they experienced a shortage of bathrooms.
“I think it’s a little bit too gross. It’s funny…we were in, it was either St. Louis or Kansas City, and there was…it was like a ledge, but an outdoor sitting area. There was a shortage of bathrooms. There was a real shortage. I think that the public had all of just about maybe one bathroom that you could use, and you could go out this back door, there was this big cement ledge that was out there. I think Barry was up there stretching, realized he had to go to the bathroom, number two, pretty badly, and he went down, tried to get in the bathroom, the only one that was available, and there was a line of probably ten people to get in that one. All the sudden, we’re out stretching on this ledge, and this is probably thirty by fifty, plenty of room, stretch out easy, and all of a sudden, Barry comes busting through that door, goes over, sits on the ledge, and shits off the ledge. Like I said, projectile pooping," Anderson said.
Anderson was then asked to comment on what one is supposed to do in that situation, and he responded by saying, "Gag." He went on to describe how Windham prepared himself by grabbing some napkins before he went out to the ledge.
“Gag. It went over the ledge and down below. He had a handful of napkins, when he got down to that bathroom and figured out he couldn’t make it in, he snatched a bunch of napkins, he came up and sat on that ledge with his butt facing out…pretty disgusting. I guess when you gotta go, you gotta go," Anderson said.
