Since joining WWE in 2012, Bayley has worked alongside Triple H as she began her career when he was in charge of NXT.
Triple H put a bigger spotlight on women's wrestling during his time running NXT, thanks to the work and talent of Bayley, Mercedes Mone (Sasha Banks), Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch, who have been named the Four Horsewomen.
Now, Triple H runs creative for the main roster, and Bayley continues to be one of the featured stars on WWE SmackDown.
"I still can't believe the era we're in right now. Us NXT kids that grew up with him in that era are super lucky that he's so familiar with us. We got a little taste of it then, but it's so different now where it's on a much larger scale, and somehow he still makes time for everybody. In NXT it was different, we were a smaller roster and smaller arena to fill. Even now, he still makes time for us, from top to bottom from Randy Orton to me to anybody on the show. That helps the feeling backstage. He makes you feel seen and like he has your best interest at heart. That does a lot for our morale and goes a long way," Bayley said on the Rob Brown Show when asked about working alongside Triple H.
Bayley has been feuding with Nia Jax and Tiffany Stratton on WWE SmackDown.
Elsewhere during the interview, Bayley reflected on murdering the Bayley Buddies. You can find her full comments by clicking here.
