The Man has nothing but respect for The Great One.

The Rock and Becky Lynch shared a moment in the ring together to kick off Friday Night SmackDown’s run on the FOX Network. This would be the most on-screen interaction the two WrestleMania main-eventers would ever share as of this writing but that was a moment that left quite an impression on Becky Lynch.

Speaking on the SI Media Podcast, Becky Lynch details how much respect she has for Dwayne Johnson for always staying busy and maintaining an upbeat and respectful outlook on life, and choosing to give back to the present generation.

"He's great. He's so great. You look at him and he's the biggest movie star in the world and has a million different irons in the fire, but he still keeps his ear to the ground and knows what's going on and wants to help us. He'll always offer advice and be kind. He came back and wanted to help elevate me. He doesn't need to do that, but he does. What an incredible way to be, as a human being. It's mind-blowing. I have so much respect for him."

As for the moment itself, Becky Lynch remarked that when she experienced what it is like to be in the ring with The Rock firsthand, she came back through the curtain wanting that feeling all the time.

"After, you're just standing there shaking like, 'holy crap, what just happened!?' The crowd is electrifying when he comes out. Being able to witness all of that and stand in it and experience it, you go, 'woo, I want this every time.'"

Many fans are waiting for the Rock to come back to WWE and have a showdown with his cousin, Roman Reigns. Most recently, The Rock has stated that perhaps another match is in the cards, but he says nothing is in the works as of yet. Learn more here.
