Booker T: I'm Scared If I Do A Spinaroonie Now, Something's Gonna Pop

Booker T jokes that he's scared to do a Spinaroonie now and says he would need at least three to four hours to warm up if he needs to do one.

Booker T is a six-time World Champion; famously, five of those World Championships were held under the WCW banner. During his time in WCW, he also became known for performing the Spinaroonie. He would do the breakdance maneuver hundreds of times in his career, and when he comes back to wrestling now and again, the hope is always that he will bust out one more.

However, Booker T recently joked while speaking to the Undertaker on a Patreon exclusive Q&A that he may need up to four hours of warm-up prior to hitting the move now. As for the key to a good Spinaroonie, Booker T says it's all about the torque and the centrifugal force.

"Torque. You gotta have that torque. Centrifugal force as well," he joked.

Booker T also said the last time he hit the move was at the 2023 WWE Royal Rumble when he was a surprise entrant in the titular match.

"I tell people nowadays -- they say, 'Man, can you still do the Spinaroonie?' I go, 'Yeah, I can. But that's about a three-to-four-hour warm-up.' I stretch. I gotta make sure I pop this hip, pop this one, get some DDP Yoga in. It's a process," he said, continuing to laugh. "I'm scared to do it right now. I'm scared if I do it right now, something's gonna pop."

In 2002, everyone from Triple H and The Rock to Vince McMahon tried to get Undertaker to do a Spinaroonie.

Undertaker has playfully claimed that McMahon never really got over never getting him to do this one thing. Learn more here.
