The wrestling world sadly lost Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) on August 24 at the age of 36.
Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp was allowed to share that Bray got COVID earlier this year, which exacerbated a heart issue. Bray was making positive progress with his health, but unfortunately suffered a heart attack and passed away.
His family wanted to clarify details, but please respect their privacy.
I encourage those reading to respect the family's privacy if at all possible, but his loved ones wanted some details clarified

Wyatt had been actively recovering from the illness and WWE and Wyatt had been taking extra precautions before he returned to TV to make sure that his long-term health was accounted for.
