The Beast is back!
At SummerSlam, Roman Reigns faced John Cena with his Universal Title on the line. Cena came close to capturing his 17th Championship on a few occasions, but it was The Head of the Table who would retain his belt after hitting a spear.
After the match, Brock Lesnar's music hit and The Beast made his long-awaited return to WWE. He came down the long and winding aisle and got in the ring, getting face to face with Roman. The Universal Champion, however, backed out of the ring and walked away with his Special Council.
Paul Heyman looked shellshocked to see his longtime client in the ring and kept saying 'Oh my God" as he headed towards the back.
Lesnar has not been seen since WrestleMania 36 where he lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre.
