Buddy Murphy is mum on his future.
Multiple promotions, including AEW and IMPACT Wrestling, are reportedly interested in Buddy Murphy, who was released by WWE in June.
During a Highspot Sign It Live, Murphy was asked about his future in wrestling.
"Obviously, there are a lot of places that interest me. I have friends in all the places. We'll see what happens," he said.
When it was mentioned that Murphy should link up with Malakai Black and Brody King, who united at PWG Mystery Vortex, Murphy replied, "The three of us? Wherever [Malakai Black] is, there's going to be friction. If he wants to come to me, he can come or I'll go to him. Unfinished business."
Later during the signing, Murphy was asked about his dream opponent. He named Eddie Guerrero as his all-time dream opponent before naming a current WWE superstar as a guy he'd still like to wrestle today.
"I want to wrestle Dolph [Ziggler], which I never got to do, which sucked. We did a little exchange in the Andre The Giant Battle Royal, which I made sure I got. He's so good in the ring and I don't think he gets the appreciation for how good he is," he said.
Murphy is referring to the WWE Survivor Series 2020 kick-off battle royal, which is the only time he and Ziggler have shared the ring.
