Buddy Murphy is free.
Murphy posted his latest vignette on social media that shows him being taken out of the prison and into a parking garage. In the garage, he is uncuffed with a man saying, "You are free now."
Murphy is given a crate of some past items including a "For the greater good" shirt and his ring trunks. The vignette ends with the name Buddy Murphy in lights before it changes to Buddy Matthews, seemingly to highlight his new in-ring name,

Murphy previously posted a vignette on August 9 where he was ready to break free from lockdown.
Murphy was released by WWE on June 2 and had a 90-day non-compete clause with his release. He is scheduled to wrestle Brian Cage on September 18.
