Buff Bagwell arrested.
According to Cobb County police records, Marcus Bagwell (Buff Bagwell) was pulled over for speeding on July 13 and arrested for driving under the influence of drugs.
He was sentenced with no bond and was released on July 15.
Taking to social media, Bagwell clarified the reason for his arrest, saying it "was from the original offense years ago. I did get a recent sanction because I didn’t document a recent trip out of state properly."
Bagwell said he's 11 months sober as of July 27.

Bagwell's substance issues have been public over the years as he's worked with Diamond Dallas Page and others to get himself cleaned up. On December 22, 2022, he stated he was 117 days sober. He reunited with Scotty Riggs earlier in 2023, working out and taking photos with his American Males running mate.
Bagwell had been making appearances at various wrestling conventions as well.
