Trick Williams retained the NXT Championship in the main event of NXT Halloween Havoc, defeating Ethan Page in a Devil's Playground match.
The finish saw Trick hit Page with a low blow as Page was going to strike him with the steel steps. Trick then finished off Page with the Trick Shot.
Earlier in the bout, Trick looked out of commission after taking an Ego's Edge through the announce table.

After the bout, Ridge Holland attacked Trick. Ethan helped out Ridge before Bully Ray made the save.
Ridge had interrupted Bully twice during the night as Bully was doing hosting work on the Countdown show and during the show with David LeGreca.
