Chelsea Green Confirms Positive COVID Test, Has Recovered After Quarantine

Chelsea Green confirms she tested positive for COVID.

Green took to Facebook and wrote, "It feels so good to be out and about again after testing positive for COVID. I'm thankful I'm starting to feel like myself. WEAR YOUR MASKS people."

Green hasn't wrestled on television since May 27 when she teamed with Charlotte Flair to defeat Io Shirai & Rhea Ripley. On that same night, she dropped Robert Stone as her manager.

It was reported in June that Green was called up to the main roster and would debut on Raw or SmackDown shortly, but she never appeared on either brand.

There was a large outbreak of positive COVID tests at the Performance Center in recent weeks. Fightful Select reported there were several positive tests in NXT the week of September 9 with many recruits testing positive. Several classes at the PC ended up being canceled, though some "essential coaches" were said to have remained. Trainees were spending four days a week training, with testing at least weekly. Talent are to be tested before any show they appear on.
