Chris Jericho is a fan of Nickelback.
Nickelback is one of the most popular Canadian bands, putting out hit records and selling out arenas. They are also one of the most hated bands for one reason or another.
Appearing on the Big Show with Rusic & Rose, Chris Jericho was asked if Nickelback is underrated or overrated.
"Super underrated. We toured with Nickelback, with Fozzy. I say tour, it was probably seven shows. Amazing band. It's like going to a house party when you're a kid and your friends have a band it's fun. Name five Nickelback songs, I probably couldn't, until I saw the setlist and I know every single one of these songs. Every one of them. You forget how many great songs they have. They get attacked by the social media mob the same way I get attacked. Why are you getting attacked? You're good, successful, and people like you. We did that tour, we were in Atlantic City. There might be a million people in Atlantic City, but at the arena there were 10,000 people who love Nickelback. Isn't that all that matters?" asked Jericho.
Since Nickelback never made it as a wise man, maybe they would want to sit under the Learning Tree.
