Chris Jericho has been unmasked.

Wrestling fans know that Chris Jericho enjoys any time that he can be in front of a microphone. Whether cutting a promo in the wrestling ring or rocking the stage as the frontman of Fozzy, Chris Jericho feels very comfortable behind the mic. Jericho also enjoys being a crossover star as he is not only a wrestler and frontman, but a podcaster, an actor, and most recently, a contestant on The Masked Singer.

Chris Jericho Explains Why AEW Is Smart To Run Different Middle-Sized Venues

For 2 episodes in the latest season, Chris Jericho was in the disguise of a pink dinosaur bride, attempting to rock the crowd and shocked the judges with his rendition of songs like "All Star by Smash Mouth," "Shut Up and Dance" by Walk the Moon, and "White Wedding" by Billy Idol. However, it all came to an end on the 8th episode of Season 8 as Chris Jericho unmasked, and explained why he chose to be on the show.

"It's always been inside of me my whole life, and I finally got to do it," Jericho joked while speaking to Nick Cannon. "No, I gotta tell you, I am shocked because I was having a great time. This costume was amazing, it's the best costume that I've seen on the show and I'm disappointed I got beaten by an avocado."

The aforementioned avocado would be unmasked later in the show and revealed to be the former host of The Man Show, Adam Carolla.

Chris Jericho was also on AEW Dynamite on Wednesday, November 16, tapping out to Claudio Castagnoli's Sharpshooter, making it a rough night for "The Ocho" across the airwaves.

Chris Jericho will look to bounce back from all of these defeats as he defends the Ring of Honor World Championship in a Fatal 4-Way Match at AEW Full Gear 2022.

Fightful will have full coverage of the event on Saturday, November 19, 2022.
